The most important part of any roof system is properly installed ventilation.

Our Roof Evaluation Expert will start your Roof Inspection by inspecting your attic. He will be looking for open soffits, gable vents, mold, and any type of household exhaust filtering into your attic ie. Kitchen vents, bath vents. He will also check to make sure that attic insulation does not cover your soffit vent holes. He will determine the amount of attic space you have, so that we can install the proper amount of intake and exhaust.

• Install attic baffles as necessary
• Install Ridge Vent or Roof Top Vents
• Install Soffit Vents as necessary
• Install Vented Drip Edge if applicable
• Cover Gable Vents if installing Ridge Vent
